1.2 Creative Commons License: Enber Studios grants you access to the code-base for Mundus via GitHub for purposes only. Mundus code is protected under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. You are free to view and study the code but are not permitted to redistribute or use it in your own projects without express permission.
1.3 Distribution: You are expressly prohibited from distributing the Mundus software, either in its original form or modified, outside of the specified usage of the plugin format. Any modifications must strictly adhere to the guidelines outlined for plugin development.
1.4 Third-Party Plugins: While Mundus may support the use of plugins from third-party sites, we caution users to exercise discretion. Mundus shall not be held liable for any data loss within the App or damage to your system resulting from the use of third-party plugins.
2.1 Media Usage: You are permitted to use Mundus in various media formats, including but not limited to videos, streams, or presentations. Monetization of such media is acceptable; however, you must refrain from claiming authorship or involvement in the development of the program.
2.2 Product Page Link: When showcasing Mundus in any media, you must provide a clear and visible link to the official product page of Mundus, ensuring proper attribution and visibility to our community.
3.1 Ownership: Mundus and all associated intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Enber Studios. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights.
3.2 Modification of Terms: Mundus reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You will be notified via the app and/or email to notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions prior to your use of the app Mundus.
3.3 Third-Party Materials: Mundus may include open-source materials or fonts governed by their own licenses, such as FontAwesome and Noto Sans. These materials are subject to their respective licenses and are not governed by these terms. Refer to their licenses before using them for any external projects.

3.4 Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
